Who we are

Uptoolify (“we”, “us”) is operated by JPMNL. This policy explains how we handle information when you use https://uptoolify.com.

Information we collect

  • Account data — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
  • Profile & activity — Display name, bio, avatar URL, posts, comments, votes, game activity, faction membership, coins, XP, and reputation.
  • Verification (optional) — If you submit KYC, we process ID and face photos for manual review. Documents may be deleted after review per our settings.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, session cookies, and server logs for security and rate limiting.

How we use information

  • Provide the forum, factions, games, reels, leaderboard, and daily rewards.
  • Moderate content, enforce rules, and prevent abuse.
  • Improve the service and diagnose technical issues.
  • Display advertising to guest visitors when enabled (see below).

User-generated content

Posts, comments, and public profile information you submit may be visible to other users. Do not share sensitive personal information in public posts. We may remove content that violates our Terms of Service.

Advertising & cookies

We may show ads to guest (non-logged-in) visitors through partners such as Google AdSense, Ezoic, or Carbon Ads. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can manage ad personalization in your browser and through your Google Ads settings.

Logged-in members typically do not see third-party ad slots on Uptoolify.

Third-party services

  • Google Sign-In — Authentication (Google Privacy Policy).
  • Embedded videos — Reels may embed YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Instagram, or Dailymotion players subject to their policies.
  • Hosting & infrastructure — Our server and database providers process data to run the site.

Data retention

We keep account and activity data while your account exists. KYC documents may be deleted after admin review when configured. You may request account-related questions by contacting us.

Your choices

  • Update your display name, bio, and avatar in profile settings.
  • Use browser controls to block or limit cookies.
  • Contact us to ask about your data or report privacy concerns.
