Agreement

By using Uptoolify (https://uptoolify.com), operated by JPMNL, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must sign in with Google to participate in most features.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One primary faction membership applies per account (see faction rules in-app).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or spam content.
• Impersonate others or manipulate votes, XP, coins, or games through exploits or bots.
• Attempt to breach security, scrape at abusive rates, or disrupt the service.
• Upload or link to malware, phishing, or non-public personal data of others.

We may remove content, mute users, block faction access, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Virtual coins & games

Coins, XP, levels, and game stakes are virtual and have no real-world cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money except as we may explicitly offer in the future. Game outcomes use server-side rules; attempting to cheat may result in forfeiture and account action.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and moderate it on Uptoolify. Image posts and factions may require admin approval before public display.

Advertising

The site may display third-party advertisements to guest visitors. Ad partners are responsible for their ad content; we do not endorse advertised products.

Disclaimers

Uptoolify is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for user-generated content, third-party links, embedded videos, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
