How to use the Draft Team Simulator
Run a live, NBA-style draft instead of dumping everyone into teams at once. Name each team, load a pool of names, then reveal one pick at a time — or auto-fill the rest when you are ready to lock the board.
Step by step
- Set how many teams you need and name each one.
- Choose one pool of names, or Divisions if some people must be picked before another group (for example seniors before juniors).
- Start the draft. The team on the clock is highlighted. Click Draft pick for a random name, or tap a name in Available to award that person.
- Use full screen for presenting. Auto-fill rest assigns leftover names in the same rotation. Undo reverses the last pick.
Tips
- Snake draft reverses the order each round so the last team in round 1 picks first in round 2.
- Division pools stay closed until the previous pool is empty — the arena label tells you which group is live.
- Click a remaining name to make a specific selection instead of a random pick.
FAQ
- Can I stop before everyone is picked?
- Yes. Leave names in Available and use New draft when you are done presenting, or Auto-fill rest to finish the board.
